Firstly, we would like to thank you for your continued support and the outpouring of best wishes. As many of you may know, one of our owners and founders sadly passed away. A few weeks later, we received terrible news of another death in the family. As a team we have struggled to cope with this terrible news of two deaths of two joyful people not far apart. However we have put the necessary assets in place to maintain our high standards. We have a temporary manager and a team of well trained staff that will ensure these standards. If your order is delayed, it is mainly is due to the fact of short staff dealing with large volumes of orders. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
